  1. As a visitor / user of this site you are committed to follow the terms and conditions.

  3. Under any circumstances, the amount of compensation claimed because of any reason would not exceed the amount actually paid for using ITI services.
  4. All services provided by ITI are valid for One Year only unless
    otherwise stated.
  5. You will abide all the terms published here.
  6. Any services provided by ITI will be started only after complete payment of the agreed amount.
  7. The violation of the terms & conditions will invite cancellation of services by ITI and no refund will be done.
  8. Non-usage of the service will not result for a refund of any portion of the payment agreed to us for the services.
  9. You shall will not use ITI Web Services for illegal purposes that is unlawful. 
  10. You shall not use ITI Web Services for harassing / abusive / threatening / harmful / vulgar / obscene / interfere in other’s privacy. 
  11. You shall not try to access other clients’ accounts / hacking, installing programs, and putting CGI scripts. 
  12. You are responsible for your content.
  13. ITI will not disclose your data to any third party. 
  14. You shall provide us current and complete registration information and renew as and when required.
  15. ITI shall not be responsible at any time for damages / loss of business projects, or loss of profits from the use of ITI Services.
  16. In the event of non-payment of any services, ITI has the right to re sell the Domain, Layout / banner / panel or any related items to any third party or use itself including the Domain / Content / Layout / templates and all other related material without any prior information / correspondence.
  17. Any amounts paid to ITI are non refundable / non-transferable under any circumstances. 
  18. ITI can add / change / modify the terms of this Agreement any time and any moment. 
  19. You shall have to accept any changes made by ITI, if you continue to use services provided by ITI.
  20. ITI can modify, suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all services at any time without notice.
  21. Domain Name Registration services are subject to the terms & conditions
    published at the registrar website / server.
  22. The domain service is for one year or any additional period that is paid and in case, there is no renewal by paying the appropriate and required renewal fees the ITI will stop the services permanently for you. 
  23. ITI will inform you on the renewal of the service, but it is not the responsibility of ITI to give you such intimations in advance. 
  24. We design / develop websites / applications as per your specifications under the design process.
  25. The Complete responsibility of the content would be yours.
  26. These Terms and conditions are the agreement between you and ITI.
